The principals of Capitol Title Services, Inc. are Javier L. Vazquez, Esq. and Maria Cristina Espinosa.
As President of Capitol Title Services, Javier Vazquez oversees every
transaction closed by the company and executes all Title Insurance
Commitments and Policies. Javier is a graduate of the University of
Miami, Cum Laude, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990. He has
enjoyed a successful career in the areas of real estate transactions
and zoning. Prior to founding Capitol Title Services, Inc., Javier
worked as a Senior Associate at Greenberg, Traurig, where he practiced
in the areas of real estate, zoning and governmental law.
Maria Cristina Espinosa is Vice-President of Capitol
Title Services. She has over 10 years of tested experience in the title
insurance industry. Maria oversees the day to day operations of the
company, including the examination of title, closing and post-closing
responsibilities. Maria and her staff take great pride in being
efficient and extremely diligent, qualities which make Capitol Title
Services a cut above the competition. Prior to joining Capitol Title
Services, Maria was President of Millennium Business Solutions, which
offered freelance title services to attorneys and title companies.
Before that, Maria was employed at Allen and Gallego, P.A., located in
Key Biscayne.
